If you are here reading this message, it means that you are currently the holder of an ICEPAY account with limited capabilities. Don’t worry, even our limited access accounts include the following features:
• Document management
• Reporting: by transaction on a daily and monthly basis
• Financial management: E-states (electronic statement) and Invoices
• Access to e-mail support
2. Why do I have an ICEPAY account with limited access?
You were previously a client of the Dutch Payment Group (DPG), which ICEPAY acquired in 2014. Your account type was determined by the category of account you previously held. We setup a dedicated connector between your website’s current method of integration and our transaction platform. This link has ensured that you have been able to process transactions seamlessly and without impact since the acquisition.
3. Why should I upgrade and what else does ICEPAY offer?
ICEPAY offers far more than your current account type allows access to, such as:
• An extensive range of payment methods including Credit Card, Bancontact/Mister Cash
• The option to connect your account to a Point of Sale (POS) terminal for PIN-card transactions
• Logistical services and third party apps like Exact or Twinfield
• Many platform features such as recurring payments and refund
• Various account types for different business needs
• Bespoke services (in our Blue and Black accounts)
4. How do I upgrade?
To take advantage of the entire range of ICEPAY services, you will need to proceed to full integration with our transaction platform. We can help you with this process and provide several means of integration:
• A range of regularly updated plug ‘n play webshop modules
• Custom integration through our API
• The ICEPAY Web Service
